The e5 Adore ministry is an offshoot of the e5 Men program based on Ephesians 5 ( e5men.org ).  The e5 Man fasts for his bride as a way to imitate Jesus as described by Saint Paul in his letter to the Ephesians, chapter 5.  Married men fast for their wife, single men fast for their future bride, and Priest fast for the Church his Bride.  Additionally, men are encouraged to Fast and Pray for other women in their lives like their mom, siblings, daughters, aunts, etc.  Our e5 Ad
